We’re 100% remote already :)

In terms of salaries they’re not too bad, but not amazing. We’re not a “real” startup or a tech company though. We hope to bump salaries as well next year...

Are you suggesting that the only reason to legalize something is to get a legal stamp on it being moral? The main reason is to stop discrimination.

Many of the features of new languages are their restrictions. How would you restrict C in a new version to e.g. remove null pointers in favor of optional types?
