This is actually a very good point I didn't think about. By virtue of their size bigger companies tend to have higher stakes, which means less margin for error.

I do wonder though how there's still large failures at big companies: security breaches, legal problems, DOA product launches, etc. I guess egos and oversights are just hard to completely sideline.
