TLDR: Starting Friday Dec 31st, restaurant dining rooms closed, delivery available. Curfew 10pm - 5 am. Visiting another household prohibited. Non-essential businesses will have to remain closed on Sundays. Schools closed until Jan 17th with possibility of remote attendance. Churches etc. closed as well. Indoor sports restricted to members of the same household, outdoor sports allowed with restrictions on gatherings.
For context, Quebec has also dragged its heels on making booster shots available. While Ontario has already offered them to everyone, Quebec will let you schedule a shot starting some time in January (I dont know when the actual time you get the shot is) depending on your age
