Well, he does link to his personal blog, which contains a link to his LinkedIn. His motivation might be personal marketing, job hunting.

Or, he just likes to share knowledge for free, some people still find joy in that, fortunately.

Then there's that cliche of how you learn more (or cementing your knowledge) by teaching. Sometimes that's all the motivation I need.
