This is the best Engineering job ad I have ever seen. I mean this as a compliment:
I don’t know if he is hiring, what the product / company is if he is, what the salary is, but I do know I want to work for someone who thinks this way and what understands what good developers want.
I feel like I have been waiting my entire career since 2002 to have a boss who thinks this way (and for
small companies that means the exec
because team leads / managers are hamstrung).
I have sort of given up hope and consider my own bootstrap or do freelance for non technical clients so I can be left alone to create :-)
