Anybody could write a password into his notebook, at any time it was in their possession.

Do I have proof the evidence was all fabricated? No. But there is no denying the case stinks.



That's ridiculous to claim without evidence. How would they know the password to plant in his notebook? How did they get into the phone? Why wouldn't he bring that up in court?
