So, does anyone have the “perfect” resume template? I have been told many things by various recruiters. None of the answers are the same. If I apply, and some other person applies and has less experience than me, but they have an inside connection referral. They will most likely get the job. Sometimes I had gone through few rounds of interviews, and had very good vibes/result. In the end they say no. I have stated to lookup org reviews. If a recruiter reaches out to me they have my full attention, I expect the same. Often times something serious comes up and then they go MIA. Still learning the way these organizations operate when it comes to hiring. Have yet to master that.
