It appears this example makes use of commas, semicolons, and a baseline tick I am not aware of. It also uses a period for statement termination, but it’s a hollow circle opposed to a smaller filled dot as used in English.

Indeed, I think it’s pretty standard, but surely quite interesting.

The baseline tick you mention I think is the enumeration comma.
