It has been selectively enabled on some accounts. Others do not experience it. Some have experienced it briefly and had it go away.
My wife's account had this several times, she stopped visiting YouTube for a couple weeks, and when she tried again it never blocked any videos.
I got stung on my account and YouTube has never let up - I'm having to refresh the ublock fixes list etc and sometimes that doesn't even work. I've nearly completely stopped watching YouTube now.
same here. it tried to threaten me into disabling adblock, restricted the number of videos I could access, it did not work (I just go elsewhere for entertainment), so it restored full access.
