Ask HN: Anyone else having issues with Google Maps on Firefox on Fedora

The last few days Google Maps (web version) just stopped working on Firefox on Fedora. I can't zoom in, zoom out. It pretty much freezes.

Anyone else with this issue?

I have had that issue for months, at least. Firefox freezes and potentially takes the system with it.

No issues with Chrome.


It's not usable on two computers running Fedora 38 and Firefox. I guess it's time to search for alternatives.


I have the pretty same issue. Firefox 120 (64bit) Fedora 39.
