Yep. My youngest sister was a hospital pharmacist for most of her career, and there was nothing worse than the hospital getting a new "computer system" (software).

She never quite said it...but her fantasy might have been for the people responsible for creating those systems to somehow be flagged - so that when they needed health care, the hospital could ignore all the myriad and laborious work-arounds, and give them exactly the sort of care that they deserved. :(
