I do not think that guy was only caught by accident. More red flags would have been raised if there had been further interviews.

I wish there was some sort of social-equivalent of FizzBuzz. Something that will filter out 90% of people who are, well, Adam.

This interview was exactly this thing. It filtered out Adam. :)
