Renesas is rocking after it's many many acquisitions & mergers. Very nice Cortex-M85 here!
I wish they'd throw some of the Siligo GreenPAKs on this thing. Rp2040 and rp2350 Pico and pico2 cores have those great Programmable Input Output units, which is so great for offloading the CPU. Silego's GreenPAK was a very capable/interesting mixed signal fpga that would be awesome to see as a competitor, could let the CPU sleep more or be less congested.
