It used to be Red Hat project called 'hirte' and was renamed[1] and moved to the Eclipse foundation for whatever reason. It lets you control systemd units across nodes and works with the normal systemd tools (D-bus etc). Oh that might be it! Of course I couldn't find it, what with the rename and now it's part of Eclipse (?)
