There is no company that could be less competent in this area than Amazon. Look at the waste with Alexa. A decade of spending and 10000 employees and nothing interesting to show except undeserved promotions. Anyone remember other hardware flops like a phone or a ring? The culture of Amazon is good for certain problems but this type of deep innovation isn’t it.
