One of the biggest challenges in my career came from transitioning from a role where I successfully exceeded my authority every day, to one where I internalized the idea that I should never exceed my authority. Recovering the trajectory I had has been long and difficult, but I've found a place that values leadership. It feels very good to be on the right track again.
