Sadly, there's nowhere to run from the US really, unless you already hit FIRE (or simply retired which after a certain age, is the same thing). Incomes elsewhere pretty much suck and benefits they might offer (such as lower crime, free healthcare or childcare) are not important/not perceived as important, by men.

Bringing in a woman to marry to, might be a viable option though.
