I assume you are referring to limiting free speech. I think limiting free speech for non-natural persons (i.e. corporations, partnerships, LLCs, etc) would be extremely effective without leading to problems associated with limiting free speech of natural persons.


I write for a newspaper. Limit my speech? I publish books. Limit my speech?

There's an easy solution. It just causes problems. There's a difficult solution too.


And I assumed the problem was either marketing or profit-driven corporations.


How would that work when corporations have the same rights as people?
